Discuss your ideas and get a costing As a starting point for your event you will likely have some ideas of what you want and an idea of how much you wish to spend.  The first task is to establish the costs involved. AV Corporate have an interactive computerised estimating system that makes it very easy to cost and re-cost event variations.  The estimate quotation is fully detailed, so you can see exactly where your money is being spent.  Our staff will work with you to explore the technical options available.  Typically there are a number of estimate revisions as the event develops in scope and is fine tuned to meet your budget.

We will discuss your event needs, use our experience to make suggestions as to the best value options and help you deliver your event on Message and on budget. We will deliver the equipment you need - set it up and test it at the event site - Operate the technical aspects of your event (if required) - pack-down and remove hired equipment. Our Premium Service takes all the worry out of running any event.  There is no division of responsibility, no forgotten items, no lost freight, no expensive mistakes, no miss-matched equipment and no ‘last-minute bad surprises. We work at all event venues on the Coffs Coast - we know their requirements and know how to get the best out of each venue. Dry Hire - collect and return For small events or individual hire items, you can save money by collecting them from, and returning them to our office under normal 'Dry- Hire' arrangements. We deliver and pick-up your hire equipment if required. Ask us about our special Multi Day Hire Rates.
