We moved our delegates to seven different locations on the resort,

three of which were outdoors. Each location needed sound, lights,

music and other items peculiar to the events. We used

PowerPoint, videos, overheads, and lots of different microphones. 

We had five different entertainers and eight guest speakers.  None

of them experienced any delay or disruption of a technical nature.

 Everyone had the facilities they required.  Everyone was heard

comfortably, by all the delegates.

Whatever request we made for speakers, microphones, and

staging, you said "yes", and you delivered on time.  Your

monitoring of sound and lights was flawless. It gave us great

confidence in the delivery of messages and presentations.
