Catholic Social Services Australia recently held our National Conference at the Australis Opal Cove Resort and utilised the services of your company for both our audio visual and event decorating requirements.
We would like to pass on our thanks to you and your staff for the friendly and professional manner in which you carried out your duties and met all of our additional requirements, during both the daily conference activities and our evening events.
 

We would like to make special mention of the services provided by your staff member Brad on the evening of our Conference Awards and Dinner. Brad was most obliging and flexible in his duties and he responded to even the most difficult requests with willingness and good humour.

We would also like to thank you for arranging the wonderful entertainment provided on the evening by Funky Mustard. Their music selection throughout the evening was well chosen and contributed greatly to the success of the event.

We have no hesitation in recommending your company to others and will definitely use your services again if any of our future events are located within your vicinity.

Hi Paula,
Just a quick note to thank you very much for all your hard work on our Awards Dinner theme and especially Fright night.

The fire alarm going off, just added to the effects. I had one parent ready to grab her kids and run.

The room looked lovely - the lighting perfect - and Doris looked a treat. You should have seen me trying to dress her before I found out how to get her arms off. I don't know how much stress you and your staff went through, but it all looked great on the night. 

Fright night was just the very, very best. Everyone loved the decorations - the cave kept the kids amused (and some of the adults) - 90% of the people got in to the swing of things with the fancy dress and I'm so glad it turned out to be inside.  Your "ghosts" were fantastic, cobwebs, bats, balloons - everything - just spot on. 

Darren was an absolute god-send for Chris as it freed him up to take even more photos. Please pass on our sincerest thanks to him for all the work he did. 

All in all another successful conference.  Kasha will be forwarding you some photos (if you need more for your album, don't hesitate to give us a call).

The Show Committee was very impressed with what you achieved in preparing the Ball Room at Opal Cove for both our dinners at the recent National Championships. You most certainly turned a room into something outstanding on the very limited budget that we allowed you, but then nothing that we asked for seemed to be a problem and our every need was taken care of in a most courteous and helpful way. From the time that we first visited Coffs Harbour way back in July 2002 your planning and suggestions have made our job so much easier and from the comments that we have received from everyone who attended the dinners was positive and appreciative of what you achieved. Both nights reflected out themes to perfection.

We were also extremely pleased with the Audio and Visual set up that you supplied for the Championships and for the Dinners.  This again just made the weekend that much better for us, and I might add received praise from those attending. Without the Video of the judging of the birds many people would have missed out on seeing the birds whilst the judging was in progress, Well done. 

The Society would consider it an honour in recommending AV Corporate P/L to any organisation planning a conference or similar event in your region and requiring an Audio/Visual setup and theming for their functions,

"Every year Michael Hill Jeweller plans and executes an international conference for our management teams from Australia, New Zealand and Canada. This venture generally takes up to 6 months of careful planning and the involvement of 5 key personnel.  Over the past 6 years we have run the conference in many locations varying from Rotorua to Indonesia to Bali to Noosa.

The service provided by A V Corporate Pty Ltd., during our Annual Conference at Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour, was outstanding. Both evenings, Friday 'Tropical' theme, and Saturday, formal dinner and presentation of awards, were excellently decored.

 The audio visual presentations during the entire conference, the two days business sessions, comprising both audio and screen projection, and the screen projection at the formal dinner on Saturday evening, were delivered in a very professional manner, without any interruption.  

Nothing was an effort, and whatever was requested was delivered with minimum of fuss, indicating to me, as conference convenor, that they were there to ensure our conference was the success it turned out to be.

I would have no hesitation in recommending A V Corporate Pty. Ltd., to any conference coordinator, and certainly would support consideration to utilising their services for future needs of conferences organised on behalf of our Organisation.

We moved our delegates to seven different locations on the resort, three of which were outdoors. Each location needed sound, lights, music and other items peculiar to the events.
