For small or individual items, you can save money by collecting them from, and returning them to our office under normal 'Dry- Hire' arrangements. We deliver and pick-up if required.

Our Premium Service is the best option for visiting organizations.  There is no division of responsibility, no forgotten items, no missing freight. We work at all event venues on the Mid-North Coast - we know their requirements and will have all the necessary protocols in place.

Getting a costing
As a starting point for your event you will likely have some ideas of what you want and an idea of how much you wish to spend.  The first task is to establish the costs involved.  AV Corporate have a fully computerised estimating system that makes it very easy to cost and re-cost event variations.  The estimate quotation is fully detailed, so you can see exactly where your money is being spent.  Our staff will work with you to explore the technical options available.  Typically there are a number of estimate revisions as the event develops in scope and is fine tuned to meet your budget.

Signing off
When you are reasonably satisfied with the event structure and it meets your budget requirements.  You should 'sign-off' on the estimate and 'lock-in' your equipment needs.  This guarantees the items will be available for your event.  You can still make last minute adjustments and your final invoice will reflect these changes.  Early 'sign-off' saves us money and enables us to roster staff.  We share these savings with you by way of a guarantee that there will be no penalty rates applicable to your job no matter what the circumstances.
