“the man with the hairiest legs” etc.

You can have an unforgettable night of fun, limited only by your imagination.

Background information and questions are presented using an Interactive Powerpoint® presentation.
T
ypically, this takes the form of a question displayed on a screen with a selection of answers from which each group member selects using an individual keypad. A basic version of this technology has become commonplace on television game shows and should be familiar to most people.

The audience respond by pressing a button on their handsets.

Responses are shown as the group votes or answers.  The results can be pictorially displayed in a variety of graphical forms. A number of display options are available - either the percentage, number of people voted, or which keypads have voted (every keypad has its own number).

The response is collected, analysed and displayed, within a few seconds on the Powerpoint screen.
The results can show the winner of a contest, an average rating from the group, or split of preferences among the group.  Results can be taken individually, or from assigned teams; they may be stored anonymously, or ascribed to individuals.
The results of each question can be immediately displayed to the audience or viewed privately by the speaker.

The full session result is recorded in detail.  The data is available for further analysis as a Microsoft Excel Database®.
The responses can be analysed with statistical and analytical tools long after the audience has gone home.  Individual or demographic reports can be printed or exported to other software packages.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START – NO PROBLEMS!
AV Corporate will work with you step by step …

We start by gaining an in-depth understanding of your meeting requirements.
We will then offer design suggestions for extracting the maximum value from the anticipated response.  Together we will formulate the basic overall plan, such as how to introduce the handsets, how to best ask questions, and how to evaluate results.

We will consult with your presenters to explain the system and how to incorporate it into their presentation.

We will liaise with your nominated Venue to ensure that they are properly prepared.

We will prepare the PowerPoint templates for your presentations.  These will be prepared in advance and emailed to you with 'simulated' data to show you exactly how your presentation will look.

Our experienced operators will be on-site to run your interactive sessions for you.

They will rehearse your presenters prior the presentation and answer any questions.

Post-event reports will be collated and emailed to you at the conclusion of the event.

Stop and think about this technology.  Incorporating it in your event could be the best investment you ever made!
