Our Premium Service is the best option for visiting organizations.  There is no division of

responsibility, no forgotten items, no missing freight. We work at all event venues on the

Mid-North Coast - we know their requirements and will have all the necessary protocols in

place.

For small or individual items, you can save money by collecting them from, and returning

them to our office under normal 'Dry- Hire' arrangements. We deliver and pick-up if required.

When you are reasonably satisfied with the event structure and it meets your budget requirements. 

You should 'sign-off' on the estimate and 'lock-in' your equipment needs.  This guarantees the items will

be available for your event.  You can still make last minute adjustments and your final invoice will reflect

these changes.  Early 'sign-off' saves us money and enables us to roster staff.  We share these savings

with you by way of a guarantee that there will be no penalty rates applicable to your job no matter what

the circumstances.
